Magick
I was introduced to the ideas surrounding Magick through reading Paganism: An Introduction to Earth-Centered Religions by Joyce & River Higginbotham. In the book, they define magick as "the actions of many consciousnesses voluntarily working together within an aware and interconnected universe to bring about one or more desired results."
The further point out that magick is natural, rational, and cooperative. In other words, magick does not refer to "performing illusions, but to the process of stepping into the universal flow and choosing to participate with it in a deliberate fashion. Other religions describe much the same process and its results using other names, such as prayer, meditation, inspiration, bliss, contemplation, communion, synchronicity, visions, revelation, prophecy, and miracles."
I offer this music in the spirit of all of those traditions. Call it by whatever name you wish, I hope you find magick in this music.
